Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that your memorial portrait will be:

  • Created by professional artists with care and attention to detail

  • Delivered in high-resolution jpeg and print-ready formats

  • Completed within the specified timeframe (1-4 das standard, 20 hours fast delivery)

  • Based on the photographs and instructions you provide

  • Free from technical defects or corruption

Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund:
  • Portrait not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe

  • Technical issues with file delivery or corruption

  • Significant deviation from provided photographs without justification

  • Failure to follow specific written instructions provided during order

Not Eligible for Refund:
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic style or interpretation

  • Changes in personal preference after delivery

  • Minor artistic variations that don't affect overall quality

  • Requests for different artistic styles not specified in original order

  • Issues arising from poor quality or unclear source photographs

Refund Process & Timeline
How to Request a Refund
  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your portrait

  2. Provide your order number and specific reason for the refund request

  3. Include any relevant details or concerns about the delivered portrait

  4. Allow us 24-48 hours to review your request

Processing Time
  • Refund decisions are made within 2-3 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive email confirmation of the refund status

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact us about potential solutions:

Minor Adjustments

For small technical issues or minor adjustments, we may be able to provide a revised version at no additional cost within 48 hours of delivery.

Partial Credit

In some cases, we may offer partial credit toward a future order if the issue doesn't warrant a full refund but we want to ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery Issues
  • Check your spam/junk folder before reporting non-delivery

  • Ensure the email address provided during checkout is correct

  • Contact us immediately if you don't receive your portrait within the guaranteed timeframe

  • We will resend files at no charge if delivery issues are on our end

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Note: Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of future services and may not be the fastest way to resolve your concern.

Special Circumstances
Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery, we will provide full refunds or reschedule delivery at no additional cost.
