Memorial ArtShop provides custom digital portrait creation services. We create black and white memorial portraits by combining and artistically rendering photographs provided by customers.

Our Promise: Every portrait is hand-crafted by professional artists with care and attention to detail, creating meaningful artwork that honors your loved ones.

Orders & Payment
Order Process

  • Orders are placed through our website with immediate payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Orders are considered final upon payment confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

Delivery & Fulfillment

  • Digital files are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout

  • Standard delivery: within 1-4 days of order placement

  • Fast delivery: within 20 hours of order placement

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods

  • You will receive high-resolution Jpeg and print-ready files

Photo Requirements & Usage Rights
Photo Submission

  • You must own or have permission to use all submitted photographs

  • Photos should be clear and of reasonable quality for best results

  • We accept JPEG, PNG, and TIFF formats

  • Maximum of 8 people per portrait

Usage Rights

  • You retain all rights to your original photographs

  • You receive full rights to the completed portrait for personal use

  • Commercial use of the portrait requires separate agreement

  • We may use completed portraits for marketing purposes unless you opt out

Quality & Satisfaction

We are committed to creating high-quality memorial portraits that honor your loved ones. Our skilled artists work diligently to ensure each portrait meets our standards of excellence.

Important: Due to the custom, artistic nature of our work, portraits may vary in style and interpretation. We create artistic representations, not exact photographic reproductions.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Submit photos you don't have rights to use

  • Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our artistic processes

  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission

  • Submit inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

Limitation of Liability

CombinePhoto's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data or photographs (we recommend keeping backups)

  • Delays due to technical issues or force majeure events

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation

Privacy & Data Protection

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, for material changes, we will notify customers via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
